Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. 1. Use of the App 1.1. The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 1.2. You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 1.3. The App is provided for personal use only. Commercial use of the App without our express permission is prohibited.
2.1. The App offers a Pro subscription, providing access to premium features. 2.2. Subscription fees are billed according to the payment plan selected at the time of purchase. 2.3. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms outlined during the subscription process, including auto-renewal unless canceled. 2.4. Subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.
Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
3.1. The App generates content based on user input. While we strive for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated messages. 3.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that their messages comply with legal and ethical standards. 3.3. The App is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated messages.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Rizz App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
